Project Yourself is a project started by me (Chris Price) to celebrate DIY and “hack” culture within design. The aim of the project is to engage people and inspire them to pass on this interesting piece of knowledge, that you can build your own projector using only a shoebox, magnifying glass and a smart phone. I have been dropping projectors round various spots in Bristol complete with little guides for people to find. With the help of awesome photographer Luke Frisby we have been documenting the journey.
This blog is a hub for people to get in touch and follow my progress. It will feature guides on how to make your own in the form of videos and photos and random scribbles. If you have stumbled across one of my projectors or have used the idea for your own project I would love to hear from you. Drop me a message firstname.lastname@example.org and I will feature your story on the blog.
